Our DEI training library, conceived & compiled by Dr. Ayanna Cummings & Dr. Derren Thompson, Directors of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, serves as a repository of information, trainings, tools, resources, and skills assessments that will aid National Accounts teams in their DEI evolution.

A note to managers: Additional time may be allotted to hourly associates.
The Manager may go to update the hourly time each day and allocate 30 minutes that day for training. This will help us to keep track of the business and what teams are doing.

You'll notice that each Module is accompanied by a Pre-test and Post-test that will aid you in assessing your competency on the subjects we present.
We have also embedded workbooks and activities for you to further engage with your teams on the relevant DEI topics contained herein.
Finally, we note that these trainings are designed as Micro-Learnings (12-15 minutes in length) to maximize the engagement of frontline and hourly associates with these topics.
