Emotional Intelligence is applicable in our discussions of Inclusive Leadership because leaders who lack such skills are not likely to effectively manage others. The Emotional Intelligence cycle begins with self-awareness and self-regulation but ends with the ability to manage the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors of others through our own actions, thoughts, expressions, and behaviors.
